Two days from now, on Sunday, July 27 at 8am EST, we're planning another round of database upgrades. We expect Help Scout to be offline for no more than an hour, hopefully less.

This update, along with a few product improvements we've been making, should get us over the hump with regard to overall stability and application performance. We'll keep this and our twitter account up-to-date as it happens.

8:30am EST - The maintenance upgrades completed early and we're back online after 30 minutes. Happy Sunday!
