Verifying
Help Scout is back up and running. We're bringing back all services now and verifying that the maintenance completed properly. Emails that were sent/received during the maintenance will now be processed.

Update
Help Scout is showing a 503 error instead of our typical maintenance page, but everything is going along just fine. We'll try to fix the page and show a more clear message.

From 8:00am to 9:00am EDT on Saturday, February 11, we'll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout. We'll start with a one-hour window of potential downtime. We don't expect the maintenance to run the full hour, but are blocking it out just in case.
During the maintenance, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back up.
