Scheduled maintenance will start in five minutes. We expect Help Scout to be unavailable for only a few minutes.

Help Scout will be inaccessible for 2-5 minutes on the evening of Friday, February 26th between 10:00pm EST and 10:15pm EST while we restart the database. We expect the downtime period to be no longer than 5 minutes.

Messages sent to mailboxes will be delivered as soon as services are back online. We’ll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
