From 7:00am to 7:15am EDT on Saturday, September 2, we'll be performing routine database maintenance on Help Scout. We're anticipating down time to be less than 15 minutes, but it's possible that we'll use the entire maintenance window. During this time, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back online. We'll update this post as we make progress during the maintenance window.
