7:25am EST - As of about 2:30am EST this morning, the Docs database went down and was not accessible for users or visitors to Docs sites. For some reason our systems did not alert us to the problem until now and we are looking to resolve as fast as possible.

7:38am EST - Docs is back up and fully functional. Due to the length of this outage and our extremely late start, we will be emailing customers a full explanation as to what happened and how we'll prevent this in the future.
