Help Scout will be inaccessible for 45 minutes on the morning of Sunday, November 8th from 2:00am EST to 2:45am EST while we perform database maintenance. We expect the downtime period to be much shorter than 45 minutes, but the updates will take roughly that long to complete.

Messages sent to mailboxes will be delivered as soon as services are back online. We’ll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
