In response to the 15-minute Reports issue yesterday, we are scheduling a 45-minute maintenance window for Sunday at 9am EST. This will only impact Reports. All other aspects of Help Scout will continue to function normally.

Although the window is scheduled for 45 minutes, your company will only be impacted for up to 15 minutes. If you see an error on Sunday morning, give it 15 minutes and you'll be all set.
